The Town of Tabor City is pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin Fowler as the new Chief of the Tabor City Police Department (TCPD), marking a homecoming for a leader with deep roots in the community and decades of law enforcement experience.
As reported by the Tabor-Loris Tribune, Chief Fowler brings a distinguished background that includes service with the U.S. Secret Service and extensive experience in federal, state, and local law enforcement. A graduate of Tabor City School and a lifelong connection to the area, Fowler described his return as both a professional milestone and a personal honor.
During recent Town Council meetings, Chief Fowler emphasized his commitment to community-focused policing, professionalism, and strengthening relationships between officers and residents.
