37th Annual Columbus County Fireworks Celebration

Make plans to attend the 37th Annual Columbus County Fireworks Celebration that will be held on Tuesday, July 2nd at South Columbus High School. We hope you will make plans to join us for the “Let Freedom Ring” celebration with an evening of entertainment, concessions, and fireworks! Gates will open at 6:00 p.m. Pre-show entertainment will begin at 6:30 p.m. with the Independence Day celebration program and entertainment set to begin at 7:00 p.m. Scheduled entertainers will be announced later along with a detailed Schedule of Events. The main attraction of the night will be the spectacular fireworks show set to begin at 9:30 p.m. Hot dogs, chips, & beverages will be sold as will shaved ice, popcorn, and the kids’ favorite … patriotic glow necklaces!
Please help us spread the word that ALL area VETERANS will be called down to the stage to be recognized. Each will have the opportunity to quickly introduce themselves. We also welcome all who are currently serving our country. Thank you all for allowing the Greater Tabor City Chamber of Commerce to organize this event for thirty-seven consecutive years! Gates will open at 6 p.m.
Entertainment begins at 6:30 p.m.
The fireworks display will begin around 9:30 p.m.
