The Town of Tabor City is pleased to announce the launch of a new online payment system, making it easier than ever for residents to pay their monthly water bills. Powered by InvoiceCloud, the new platform provides a fast, secure, and user-friendly way to view and pay utility bills online 24/7.

Residents may access the payment system through the “Pay Online” button on the town website or by visiting the payment portal directly. The system supports a variety of payment methods including E-check, American Express, Visa, Discover, MasterCard, PayPal, PayPal Credit, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Credit card transactions as well as PayPal Products and Venmo transactions will not be charged a service fee. For all bank account transactions (ACH/EFT), there will be a $1.50 service fee. There will be an additional IVR surcharge fee of $0.95 for payments made via the automated phone system.

Please note that all customers have been issued a new account number, which can be found on all bills dated after July 30th, 2025. Your new account number is required for enrollment.
InvoiceCloud supports paperless billing, recurring transactions, and offers substantial control to the customer. We ask all existing bank draft customers to use InvoiceCloud to continue automated payments.

In addition to utility payments, the portal also allows for the payment of Building Permit and Miscellaneous Fees. Please note that permit fees can only be paid after the corresponding permit application has been approved by the Town of Tabor City.

This digital upgrade reflects the Town’s ongoing commitment to improving accessibility, efficiency, and customer service for our community. For assistance or questions, please contact Town Hall at (910) 653-3458 or email [email protected].
